By booking any tour with Volcano Day, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. I understand that Volcano Day tours include activities that are adventurous in nature and that such activities involve a certain amount of risk. 

 

2. I agree that Volcano Day tours and its staff will not be held responsible for my participation in such activities and the additional costs for medical help or transport in case of emergency.

 

3. I understand that the deposit paid is non-refundable in case I decide to cancel the tour for whichever reason.
